Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Skip Interview (“the Service”), operated at skipinterview.ai and its subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by a JM Consulting Co., Ltd.. These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@skipinterview.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
4. Description of the Service
Skip Interview provides AI-powered interview practice. The Service allows you to:
- Record video/audio responses to interview questions using your device's camera and microphone.
- Receive AI-generated feedback and evaluations on your responses.
- Build a professional profile including skills, work history, and uploaded CVs/resumes.
- Track your interview skills over time through performance analytics.
The Service is currently in beta. Features, availability, and pricing may change at any time without notice.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including video recordings, profile information, and uploaded documents (“Your Content”).
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process, store, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service — including sending recordings to AI systems for evaluation. We will not use Your Content for advertising or sell it to third parties.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.
6. AI-Generated Content
Feedback, evaluations, scores, and other outputs produced by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence. This content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional career advice, a guarantee of interview performance, or a substitute for human judgement.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorisation.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our written permission.
- Submit false or misleading information in your profile or interview responses with the intent to deceive employers.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by Skip Interview and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, branding, or other proprietary materials.
9. Beta Access & Availability
The Service is currently in beta and provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uptime, continuity, or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skip Interview and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skip Interview from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taiwan, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

當您存取或使用 Skip Interview(以下稱「本服務」),即表示您同意受本服務條款(以下稱「本條款」)之拘束。本服務營運於 skipinterview.ai 及其子網域。若您不同意本條款,請勿使用本服務。
本服務由創銘管理顧問有限公司(JM Consulting Co., Ltd.)營運。本條款以中華民國法律為準據法。
二、使用資格
您須年滿 16 歲方得使用本服務。建立帳號即表示您聲明符合此年齡要求。
三、帳號
您有責任維護登入憑證之機密性,並對您帳號下發生之所有活動負責。若您懷疑帳號遭未經授權之存取,請立即來信通知我們 hello@skipinterview.ai。
若我們合理認定您已違反本條款,我們得依自身裁量權暫停或終止您的帳號。
四、服務說明
Skip Interview 提供 AI 面試練習服務。本服務允許您:
- 使用裝置之攝影機與麥克風錄製面試問題之影音回答。
- 接收 AI 產生之回饋及對您回答之評估。
- 建立包含技能、工作經歷及上傳履歷等之專業個人檔案。
- 透過表現分析追蹤您的面試技能進步情形。
本服務目前處於 Beta 測試階段。功能、可用性及定價可能隨時變更,恕不另行通知。
五、您的內容
您保有您提交至本服務之所有內容的所有權,包括影音錄製、個人檔案資訊及上傳之文件(以下稱「您的內容」)。
使用本服務即表示您授予我們有限、非專屬、全球性之授權,得處理、儲存及傳輸您的內容,僅限於提供本服務之目的——包括將錄影傳送至 AI 系統進行評估。我們不會將您的內容用於廣告目的,亦不會將其出售予第三方。
您對所提交之內容負全部責任。您不得上傳違法、侵權、誹謗或有害之內容。
六、AI 生成內容
本服務所產生之回饋、評估、分數及其他產出均由人工智慧生成。該等內容僅供資訊及教育目的,不應被視為專業職涯建議、面試表現之保證或人為判斷之替代。
我們不保證任何 AI 生成內容之準確性、完整性或實用性。
七、合理使用
您同意不為以下行為:
- 將本服務用於任何違法目的或違反任何適用法律。
- 未經授權嘗試存取其他使用者之帳號或資料。
- 干擾、中斷或過度負載本服務或其基礎設施。
- 反向工程、反編譯或嘗試擷取本服務之原始碼。
- 未經我們書面許可,以爬蟲或自動化方式存取本服務。
- 於您的個人檔案或面試回答中提交虛假或誤導性資訊,意圖欺騙雇主。
八、智慧財產權
本服務,包括其設計、程式碼、標誌及文件,歸 Skip Interview 所有並受智慧財產權法律保護。本條款不授予您使用我們商標、品牌或其他專有資料之任何權利。
九、Beta 測試與可用性
本服務目前處於 Beta 測試階段,以「現狀」及「可得」之基礎提供。我們得隨時變更、暫停或終止本服務之任何部分。我們不保證正常運作時間、服務持續性或無錯誤之運作。
十、責任限制
在法律允許之最大範圍內,Skip Interview 及其高階主管、董事、員工及代理人不對因您使用本服務所生或與之相關之任何間接、附帶、特殊、衍生或懲罰性損害賠償,或任何利潤、收入、資料或使用之損失負責。
就您因使用本服務所生之所有請求,我們的累計賠償責任總額不超過以下兩者之較高金額:(a) 您在請求前 12 個月內向我們支付之金額,或 (b) 100 美元。
十一、損害賠償
您同意就因您使用本服務或違反本條款所生之任何請求、損失或損害(包括律師費用),對 Skip Interview 進行賠償並使其免受損害。
十二、隱私權
您對本服務之使用亦受我們 隱私權政策 之規範,該政策說明我們如何蒐集、使用及保護您的個人資料。
十三、準據法與爭議
本條款以中華民國法律為準據法。因本條款或您使用本服務所生之任何爭議,應提交中華民國法院專屬管轄,但您所在司法管轄區之消費者保護法另有規定者除外。
十四、條款之變更
我們可能不時更新本條款。如有重大變更,我們將於本頁公告更新後之條款並更新「最後更新日期」。您於變更後繼續使用本服務,即視為接受修訂後之條款。
