Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid digital services provided by Skip Interview at skipinterview.ai, including recurring subscription plans and one-time top-up purchases.

Skip Interview is operated by JM Consulting Co., Ltd. If this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, the applicable law will prevail.

2. Paid Services

  • Subscription plans may be billed monthly or annually in advance and provide access to bundled usage entitlements.
  • Top-up purchases are one-time purchases that add additional usage credits, such as interview sessions, question generations, or CV upload allowances.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription before the next renewal cycle. Cancellation stops future charges, but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or otherwise approved by us under this policy.

4. When a Refund May Be Approved

We may approve a full or partial refund, or provide an equivalent service adjustment, in reasonable cases such as:

  • Duplicate or incorrect charges.
  • A technical issue attributable to our service that materially prevents access to the purchased service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
  • A mistaken top-up purchase that remains entirely unused at the time of review.
  • Any other circumstance where a refund is required by law.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Unless required by law, we generally do not offer refunds for:

  • Subscription periods that have already started and been made available for use.
  • Top-up credits that have been fully or partially used.
  • Dissatisfaction based solely on subjective preference after the service has been delivered.
  • Issues caused by your own device, browser, network environment, or third-party accounts not controlled by us.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@skipinterview.ai with your account email, order details, payment date, and a brief explanation of the issue.

We recommend contacting us within 7 days of the transaction or of discovering the issue so we can investigate promptly.

7. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. After approval, processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.

If a refund is approved, associated access rights, entitlements, or unused credits may be reduced, cancelled, or reversed accordingly.

8. Invoice and Adjustment Handling

Where applicable, invoices or transaction records will be issued in accordance with Taiwan requirements after successful payment. If a refund, cancellation, or price adjustment is approved, the related invoice or allowance document will be processed according to applicable tax and invoicing rules.

一、適用範圍

本退款政策適用於 Skip Interview 於 skipinterview.ai提供之付費數位服務,包括定期訂閱方案與一次性加值購買。

本服務由創銘管理顧問有限公司(JM Consulting Co., Ltd.)營運。如本政策與適用之強制性消費者保護法令有所牴觸,應以該法令為準。

二、收費項目

  • 訂閱方案可能以月費或年費預先收費,並提供對應之服務權益與使用額度。
  • 加值購買為單次交易,用於補充額外使用額度,例如面試練習次數、題目生成次數或履歷上傳額度。

三、訂閱取消

您得於下一個續扣週期前取消定期訂閱。取消後將停止未來續扣,但除法律另有規定或依本政策經我們核准外,當期已開始之訂閱期間原則上不自動退費。

四、可受理退款之情形

在合理情況下,我們得提供全額或部分退款,或以等值服務調整方式處理,包括但不限於:

  • 重複扣款或金額錯誤。
  • 因本服務之技術問題,致已購買服務無法實質使用,且於合理期間內無法排除。
  • 誤購之加值項目,且於審查時尚未使用。
  • 其他依法應退款之情形。

五、原則上不退款之情形

除法律另有規定外,下列情況原則上不提供退款:

  • 已開始提供並可供使用之訂閱期間。
  • 已全部或部分使用之加值額度。
  • 服務已交付後,僅因主觀感受不符期待而申請退款。
  • 因您自身裝置、瀏覽器、網路環境或第三方帳號因素所造成之使用問題。

六、退款申請方式

如需申請退款,請來信 hello@skipinterview.ai,並提供帳號電子郵件、訂單資訊、付款日期及問題說明,以利我們查核。

建議您於交易完成後 7 日內,或發現問題後儘速聯繫我們,以利及時處理。

七、退款方式與時間

經核准之退款,原則上將退回原付款方式。實際入帳時間將依金流服務商與發卡銀行作業時間而定。

如退款成立,相關服務權益、可用額度或未使用之加值點數,可能一併減少、取消或回復。

八、發票與折讓處理

如有適用,我們將於收款成功後依台灣相關規定開立電子發票或交易憑證;如後續發生退款、取消或價格調整,將依適用之稅務及發票規範辦理作廢或折讓。
